How to Access the RefAssured Full App View
You will need the following to proceed:
- Complete the steps in the Bullhorn User Setup guide
Now that your account is active you can access the full app view within Bullhorn!
Step 1: In Bullhorn, navigate to any Candidate or Job Profile
Step 2: From the upper right hand corner click on the ACTIONS dropdown
Step 3: Scroll down in the dropdown and click on RefAssured
This view gives you access to the RefAssured:

Dashboard: search, filter, view the status of, and manage any reference request

References: search, filter, and view the details of every reference giver

Surveys: preview and customize surveys

Analytics: analyze stats such as usage, candidate/client opt-ins, and more
