How to enable RefAssured for Bullhorn
You will need the following to proceed:
- Your RefAssured/Bullhorn Admin has completed the steps in the Bullhorn Configuration guide
RefAssured can be accessed from multiple views within Bullhorn:
- Candidate Profile - Card and Tab Views
- Job Profile - Card and Tab Views
- Full App View - Accessed through the Actions dropdown in Candidate and Job Profiles
*Note: Depending on your preference (Card or Tab), you may skip steps not relevant to your preferred view
Enabling RefAssured on a Candidate Profile in Bullhorn
Step 1: Login to Bullhorn using your username and password
Step 2: Navigate to any Candidate Profile in Bullhorn
Step 3: Enable the RefAssured Candidate Tab View
- From the right side of the Candidate Profile click on LAYOUT
- Then click on TABS
- Click on the checkbox next to RefAssured
- Once enabled, please refresh the candidate record
Step 4: Enable the RefAssured Candidate Card View
- From the right side of the Candidate Profile click on LAYOUT
- Then click on CARDS
- Click on the checkbox next to RefAssured
- Once enabled, please refresh the candidate record
Enabling RefAssured on a Job Profile in Bullhorn
Step 1: Navigate to any Job Profile in Bullhorn
Step 2: Enable the RefAssured Job Tab view
- From the right side of the Candidate Profile click on LAYOUT
- Then click on TABS
- Click on the checkbox next to RefAssured
- Once enabled, please refresh the candidate record
Step 3: Enable the RefAssured Job Card View
- From the right side of the Job Profile click on LAYOUT
- Then click on CARDS
- Click on the checkbox next to RefAssured
- Once enabled, please refresh the candidate record
