How to enable users to access RefAssured from the Candidate, Job Views, and Placement views in Bullhorn

You will need the following to proceed:

  • Admin status in RefAssured and Bullhorn
  • Complete the steps in the Bullhorn Admin Setup guide
  • Two key URLs provided by the RefAssured team

Step 1: Login to RefAssured using your admin credentials

Step 2: Click on the mceclip1.png icon, then Settings from the left hand navigation

Step 3: Leave the tab/window open or copy URLs #1 and #2 for future steps

  • URL #1 = Custom Tab/Card URL
  • URL #2 = Menu URL

Step 4: Navigate to your Bullhorn Login page and log in as a Bullhorn Admin user

Step 5: From Bullhorn's main menu, navigate to Admin -> View Layout

Enabling RefAssured for Bullhorn Candidate Views

Step 1: In the Field Map Entity dropdown, select Candidate

Step 2: Click on Custom Cards, then Add New

Enter and verify the following information:

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. Location: In a record, on the overview
  4. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  5. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  6. Click on Save

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

Step 3: Click on Custom Tabs then Add New

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  4. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  5. Click on Save

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

Step 4: Click on Custom Menu Actions then Add New

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. Location: In a record, on the Menu
  4. URL: Menu URL from Step 3
  5. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  6. Click on Save

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

 

Enabling RefAssured for Bullhorn Job Views

Step 1: In the Field Map Entity dropdown, select Job

Step 2: Click on Custom Cards, then Add New

Enter and verify the following information:

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. Location: In a record, on the overview
  4. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  5. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  6. Click on Save

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

Step 3: Click on Custom Tabs, then Add New

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  4. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  5. Click on Save
  6. Repeat items 1-5 for Field Map Entity Job II - IV

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

Step 4: Click on Custom Menu Actions then Add New

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. Location: In a record, on the Menu
  4. URL: Menu URL from Step 3
  5. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  6. Click on Save

Enabling RefAssured for Placement Views

Step 1: In the Field Map Entity dropdown, select Job

Step 2: Click on Custom Cards, then Add New

Enter and verify the following information:

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. Location: In a record, on the overview
  4. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  5. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  6. Click on Save

*Note: If you have a "Partner" drop down (not pictured above) and RefAssured is listed in the drop down, click on Edit then select RefAssured from the drop down and click on Save

Step 3: Click on Custom Tabs, then Add New

  1. Name: RefAssured
  2. Enabled: Yes
  3. URL: Custom Tab/Card URL from Step 3
  4. User Types: Add all Bullhorn User Types that should have access to RefAssured
  5. Click on Save
  6. Repeat items 1-5 for Field Map Entity Job II - IV
