Quick Summary: We have completed development on 12 new features and improvements that are live. These updates focus on making your ATS integrations smoother, giving you more control over reports, and improving overall system reliability.
Bullhorn Integration Enhancements
- Default Owner Assignment for New Candidates and Leads - You can now set a default owner (like "Unassigned User") for all new candidates and leads that come through opt-ins, making it easier to manage your workflow.

Original Owner Preservation - When references opt-in to become candidates themselves, the system can assign the same owner as the original candidate, keeping your account management organized. This can be set from the Map Candidate Profile Fields function of your RefAssured ATS Integration settings for Bullhorn.
Report Customization and Control
- Individual PDF Reports per Reference - New setting lets you generate separate PDF reports for each reference instead of one combined report, giving you more flexibility in how you share results. This can be set as a default from the Report Settings tab of a survey's settings.
- Company Brand Display Control - You can now choose whether to show or hide your company branding on reference reports, useful for different client presentation needs. This can be done as a default from the Report Settings tab of a survey's settings or on a one off basis using the Customize Report function through the Share button.
- Expanded Report Default Settings - All the report customization options you love are now available as default settings for your surveys, saving you time on setup.

User Management and Permissions
- Export User Stats Report Permission - You can now control which team members have access to export user statistics reports, with an enhanced report that shows user group information.
- Hide Candidate Self-Reference Permission - New permission setting allows you to control whether certain users can see candidate self-assessments in reports.

Fraud Detection and Security
- Automatic IP and Device ID Collision Alerts - When potential fraud is detected (like multiple references from the same IP address), the system now automatically creates notes in your ATS with detailed information including IP address and location data. This is currently available for any ATS the RefAssured integrates with.
