How to log into RefAssured as a first-time User on the Standalone Platform or as an Admin on RefAssured for Bullhorn
Step 1: Head over to the RefAssured Login Screen
Step 2: From the Login screen, click on Forgot Password
Step 3: Enter in your work email address
Step 4: Click on Send Verification Code
Step 5: Check your Inbox for an email from hello@refassured.com and copy the password reset code from the email
*Note: If you have not received an email within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk inboxes. If you still have not received and email, please contact support@refassured.com to let us know that you have yet to receive your Authorization Email.
Step 6: Enter your verification code, create a new password following the presented password instructions, then click on Save and Login
If you are a standalone platform user, you're now ready Install the Connect Google Chrome Plug-In!
If you are a Bullhorn Admin, you're now ready to proceed with the Bullhorn Admin Setup.
